We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information and data.  However, we must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your holiday arrangements such as our property and estate managers and related service providers. The information may also be supplied to public authorities such as customs, immigration, law enforcement authorities if required by them, in accordance with the law.  It may also need to be supplied to IT service providers, including computer-based cloud computing services.

If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, we cannot administer your booking or arrange your holiday or retreat. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

We will not pass on your personal information to any individual or organization that is not responsible for any part of your holiday or retreat arrangements. This also applies to any sensitive information that you provide, such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements.

Once our services regarding your holiday have been completed, we may hold some of your personal data such as name, email, telephone number and address.  Many of our guests wish to return and this information is stored for the sole purpose of maintaining a personalised customer service when and if you wish to make another booking.
